International events will be held in the US about manufacturing processes and equipment that we attend Bi-anualy. Such as ( Fab-Tech, IMTS, AgCon ). We try to deversif our technology and knowledge yearly by attending these seminars and events. 

We love Motorsports and anything that tries to defy the normal. Many here at New Era have love for many extracurricular activities that require engineering and manufacturing.
