Computer Aided Design/ Manufacturing

Modeling & Drafting Services (CAD)

After concluding overall design fit and function with customer, an initial model creation to nominal tolerances may be initiated. Model dimensions and tolerances will be called out in American Imperial (A.N.S.I.), or Metric (I.S.O.) unit standards. Quality print sizes A - D ranges available in digital or physical prints.

CNC Programming/ Computer Aided Programming (CAM)

Manufacturing of designs often require C.N.C. services, C.A.M. is often required to produce said product and is a very sophisticated software. We offer our expertise in navigating the purchase, use, and understanding of programming in all aspects. We can assist in programming your current job or, aid in an implementation of a new software and manufacturing work cell.

Reverse Engineering/ Quality Inspection

Inspection of initial prototyping, production runs, and reverse engineering projects. Many informal checks and formal inspection forms offered such as F.A.I.R. "First Articles"/ D.I.R. Dimensional Inspections.

Feature Tolerance Control Gauges

Thread Micrometers 0 - 3" Range .001" Tolerance.

Machining & Tooling Procurement and Deployment

Procurement ex:

- Machine/ Work Center sourcing based on customer/ product needs and limitations, such as performance to cost/depreciation evaluations based on cycle times; lead times of implementation; Machine life expectancy ranges; Maintenance/ Repair service provider lead times/ rates; and tooling/ operation limitations of accessibility and methods of use without additional setup.

- Researching cutting tools and machine tool holder bodies for specific work center requirements.

Service Sourcing ex:

- Researching machine tool assets and quality control equipment/ methods for production implementation.

- Machine component quality inspection

- Spindle bearing analysis and diagnosis.

- Machine Alignment and True Position analysis and diagnosis.

Mechanical Design - on site assemblies.

Programming - on site Jobs

May include:

- Programming of G-Code (E.I.A)/ Conversational C.N.C. Programs.

- Custom Macro/ In process inspection sub routine creation.

Consulting and Training - on and off site.

- Operator/ Setup/ Production training in single, or multiple complex processes & procedures. ex: Programming methods and strategies; Quality Control operating of C.N.C. controller and knowledge of layout.
